EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Full Time
Colac Area Health is now searching for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Colac to support our CEO!
ABOUT THE POSITION
In this role you will have the opportunity to make an impactful contribution by providing support to our CEO and Executive Team.
You will be trusted to support the CEO and members of the Executive Team by applying a high level of emotional intelligence and a forward-thinking approach to oversee the efficiency of administrative processes and day to day functions.
You will also bring superior interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships and manage confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities include:
Proactive diary management, organising appointments and coordinating future meetings and events to meet timelines and competing priorities
Creating documentation that will include board and government reports, briefs and minutes through strong proficiency levels in Microsoft Office platforms that include Word, Excel, Teams, Power Point and Outlook
Applying your solutions focused manner and relationship building approach to support the CEO in first line communication with the Board, and all internal and external stakeholders
Organising meetings, events, and speaking arrangements and prepare all associated agendas, presentations and materials required
Work collaboratively with the Executive Director Planning and Resources to prepare the annual Executive and Board budgets and establish forecasts for the year ahead

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, it is essential that you have:
Proven experience supporting executive managers with success managing and overseeing the organisation of multiple day-to-day business priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality documentation and interpret complex information
High levels of integrity and respect to proactively apply judgement, initiative and discretion to solve problems
High-intermediate to advanced computer literacy and proficiency in the use of diary functions and the MS Office suite that includes Word, Excel, Teams, Power Point, and Outlook
A collaborative and relationships focused manner, creating a work environment that empowers and respects others, values diversity, promotes mutual trust and encourages co-operation and support.
