The role

The PaC Manager is responsible for providing a end to end human resources services to the organisation.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, rostering, payroll, retention, organisation design, reward, well-being, engagement, learning and development.
  • Develop, implementation and review of policies and procedures in accordance with the needs of Gallipoli Home and accreditation requirements for Aged Care Quality Standard 7.
  • Develop, review and implement strategies to create a seamless end to end employment experience for our people.
  • Develop, review and implement strategies for organisational capability, talent management and acquisition, workforce planning and people experience to optimise our services to our consumers and support the organisations strategic plan. 
  • Ensure human resources are managed in accordance with the relevant state and federal regulations and Gallipoli Home policies and procedures.
  • Ensure WHS systems are implemented and maintained, including appropriate training, meetings and documentation.
  • Carry out other duties as you are directed by the General Manager to carry out from time to time.

Requirements for success:

  • Qualification in Human Resources
  • Minimum 8+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Previous experience in aged care
