Starting salary of $60,000 + 15.4% superannuation

We are looking for a dynamic and results focused person to join our team in a role that is all about helping Australians celebrate the sounds they love! This role will be based in Toowoomba with regular travel required. You will be responsible for building brand awareness through local GPs, Community Groups, Aged Care facilities, Pharmacies and other local health providers to enhance awareness of the services provided by Hearing Australia.

Working alongside the local hearing centre teams, you’ll enjoy a variety of activities including stakeholder liaison, planning and attending hearing screening events and providing support and information to the broader community with their hearing needs. This role also includes records management, assisting with administration and face to face customer service as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:
A marketing and sales background in the healthcare industry (highly desirable)
Strong organisational and computer skills and the ability to multitask. Experience with customer relationship management software preferred
Experience with planning events to exceed targets
Excellent people skills, a passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to develop and maintain great relationships with our clients and stakeholders
Strong presentation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholder groups
A great attitude towards learning new tasks and adapting to change
A current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
