AQ is one of Queensland's leading not-for-profit community organisation helping maintain the quality of life with people diagnosed with dementia and their caregivers. Operating four residential care facilities, five multi service respite centres, a resource centre, CDC home care program, a registered training organisation with many other programs throughout Queensland, making AQ a well-established leader in the aged care sector.

The Community Sector within AQ is of high importance and with steady growth we are now seeking a Regional Manager to oversee West Moreton and Darling Downs regions. The Regional Manager will report directly into the Executive team and will work alongside other senior Managers to further develop the business and enhance the community services delivered under the AQ banner. You will promote AQ and will ensure your region works in line with the organisations mission and values. We are looking to recruit an experienced and confident Manager with a proven track record when it comes to multi-site management.

Key areas include:
Oversight of operational and financial performance across community care sectors including CHSP
Driving business opportunities to further develop the regions
Ensuring compliance standards
Drive innovation always focusing on ways to improve your region
Providing leadership whilst empowering your teams so they can confidently provide the best in care and customer service

You will have:
Minimum 3 years senior management experience in aged or community care
Extensive knowledge of CHSP - Commonwealth Home Support Programs and current aged care standards
Strong track record in leading person-centred, quality and compliant services to improve the well-being of the frail aged
Demonstrated ability to lead business and resource planning, to deliver outcomes on time and within budget
A track record in innovation, service design, quality improvement and leading change
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to advocate and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
High levels of emotional intelligence in people management, coaching, mentoring and professional development of others
