Position Summary

We’re inviting applications from experienced Disability Practitioners to join our team in Springwood.

In this role you will act as the disability practitioner at a service level providing guidance and leadership to the operational team on NDIS disability services. In addition, you will work closely with individuals and their families throughout the NDIS planning process to agree on support plans and convert those plans into service agreements and service bookings to allow individualised billing consistent with NDIS pricing schedules.

You will have excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, along with highly developed interpersonal communication skills to assist you in building rapport with the person we support, their family and their support teams. In addition, you will have experience with service delivery and redesign at an individual and group level preferably within disability.

$35.63 per hour + 9.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

What you’ll need:
At least 12 months’ experience supporting service delivery and service redesign at an individual and group level, preferably with people with disability
Experience in or comprehensive knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate - advanced computer skills
Post school qualifications in a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Blue Card and Yellow Card or willingness to obtain
Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required
