About the role

The Claims Submission Officer will be responsible for claiming and invoicing processes within Community and Disability Services, including payment for services delivered to NDIS participants. The ideal candidate will present with a knowledge of NDIS funding and the NDIS portal as well as highly developed analytic and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the following:

Skills & experience

  • A qualification in disability studies, business or project management.
  • Well-developed problem-solving, and administration
  • Competent IT skills and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Data analytic skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and gain the cooperation of staff
  • Demonstrated communication skills with effective collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • A high attention to detail
