Currently seeking a Clinical Nurse to work across two homes in Adelaide. You will have a large amount of strong support in both homes. 

• Report to Clinical Managers at each site 
• RN's 24/7 
• Would ideally love someone to join the team that has an interest in Quality and Lifestyle 
• Currently implementing internal ACFI structure

• AHPRA Registered Nurse- DIV 1 
• Excellent aged care clinical skills as a Clinical Nurse previously 
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
• Manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
