As the clinical manager you will be responsible for:
- Delivering quality clinical and person-first assessments for all residents
- ACFI Coordination
- Delivery of the highest quality clinical care
- Management of medication in accordance with resident needs and legislative requirements
- Management of care planning and evaluation for residents
- Lead and educate clinical team
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 3 years Care Manager experience in Residential Aged Care
- Strong Clinical Knowledge
- ACFI knowledge
