About the Opportunity

Beaumont Care is seeking a passionate, experienced clinician to join the team as our Quality and Compliance Manager. Your clinical expertise and extensive Aged Care knowledge will help you succeed in this critical role. The role is fast paced and varied, so you need to keep on top of any changes or requirements within the industry as they happen.

You will hold multiple responsibilities within the Beaumont Care group, ranging from Clinical Governance, Compliance and Quality Improvement to Complaints Management and overseeing the effective and proactive Education provided to meet the groups needs. While this role is predominantly Monday to Friday, there is the requirement that you be available for clinical support and guidance after hours should the need arise.

About You

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Extensive Aged Care experience, preferably in a clinical governance or quality and compliance based role
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • In depth knowledge of aged care accreditations, funding and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write in business English
  • Current Police History Check, Positive Exemption Notice (Yellow Card), Flu Vaccination
