Urgently hiring FEMALE Disability Support Workers

About the role:

• Working in Disability Quality Services independent living homes located in the Springfield Central, QLD 4300

• Supporting clients during the morning/afternoon/night
• You will be involved in the clients' evening and morning routines
• Providing personal care to clients through the night
• Completing household tasks such as cleaning, ironing, laundry during the night shift
• Writing progress notes during your shift, and follow specific Wakeover instructions
• Flexibility to work with short notice providing coverage for staff who are unable to work on the same day or week

The successful candidate MUST have:

• Experience working in the disability sector
• Driver's license & own a car
• Comprehensive Car Insurance
• Qualification (minimum certificate 3 in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care)
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid/CPR certificate
• Flexibility and willingness to work at night time
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
• Current Yellow and Blue cards
• Current Police check/certificate
• 100 points ID - Passport/Driving License/Aged Card etc.
• Rights to Work in Australia

• NDIS Orientation Certificate
• COVID-19 Training
