About the role

The role is responsible for the coordination of appropriate rostering of staff to VMCH clients in the community taking into consideration to client preferences, employees location and availability. 

Working in a fast-paced environment, this position is also responsible for assisting our Support Workers with client queries or shift instructions, maintaining up to date staff availability and accurately recording data into the client management system.

Skills & experience

  • Experience in rostering and using rostering software systems
  • High level interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds
  • Commitment to providing high quality customer service
  • Experience working with Aged Care and in the use of Carelink software is highly desirable but not essential
