We are currently seeking a FULL TIME Human Resource Advisor. This individual must have a Bachelor's or Masters in HR Management or equivalent. We are looking for a minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant industry.

This is a full-time position in our brand-new purpose-built office in Clyde North. Salary is based at 55K + Super + Bonus.  

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelors / Master in HR Management or Equivalent
  • Minimum 3yrs experience in relevant industry 
  • Availability for immediate start
  • Friendly, Approachable and Goal Orientated

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day HR advice to support other departments heads such as Allocations, Compliance, Payroll & Recruitment 
  • Approve, Check and Update all Compliance related certificates such as: Police Check Certificates, Nurses Registration, OH&S Inductions Modules, Immunization certificates etc.
  • Support management and external employees in interpretation to awards, rates, and appropriate aged care and health care agreements.
  • Provide advice, feedback, tips and support to management and directors with appropriate performance reviews and development plans of external staff.
  • Contribute to development and review of HR policies and procedures to adhere to ISO accreditation.
  • Maintain and conduct regular audits to ensure OH&S, uniform, timesheets, certificates all compliant to current aged care legislations.
