Description
Feel valued where you work
As the OT/Physiotherapist , you will be leading the clinical case management skills and customer focus in specialised assessments to a range of clients under aged care. Based in the Sunshine Coast you will be liaising with medical and health professionals to supply services to residents.
You will be working across a diverse caseload assessing skills and capabilities, needs and strengths of individuals. You will provide a tailored support to clients, ensuring that their individual goals are achieved. You will have a background in allied health, namely Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy. AHPRA Registration or a membership with ASORC will be essential.
Candidate's Profile
- Qualifications and registration as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
- AHPRA Registration essential
- Demonstrated experience in working with a range of people in unemployment
- Previous experience in working with solution-focused therapy and skills
- Commitment to quality and exceptional report writing skills
- Clinical leadership abilities and proven experience in exercising sound judgement
- Friendly, approachable, collaborative and professional manner
- Strong work ethic
- Current Drivers Licence and WWCC or ability to obtain
