This is a rare opportunity to join Kalyra’s Executive Team. We are looking to appoint a Director Quality and Governance who shares the same vision and passion of Kalyra, with a strong commitment to governance, continuous improvement and achieving best practice.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and robust governance arrangements are in place across the organisation to meet all regulatory compliance requirements. You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to provide advice and guidance to all stakeholders to improve and monitor the quality and policy framework.

Desired Skills and Experience
Candidates will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in related health or management field
- 3-5 years’ experience in quality management systems and processes, preferably related to Aged Care Accreditation requirements.
- 3-5 years’ experience in senior management roles involving governance and business strategy implementation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High-level report writing skills and the ability to make recommendations to support continuous improvement and quality framework.
An attractive remuneration package including full salary packaging will be negotiated with the preferred candidate subject to preemployment medical and National Police Check.
