They aim to shape a new industry between traditional nutrition and pharmaceutical, across multiple customer channels.

About The Opportunity

Partnering exclusively and with excitement, due to an internal promotion - an exciting opportunity exists for a people focused and result-oriented professional to join our client's Melbourne office in a Head of Sales position.

In this role you will lead and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers across Australia and strive to increase market share. Through effective strategy building and execution, you will present a working knowledge across various customer channels, including Hospital, Pharmacy and Aged Care. Equally, you will provide guidance on the implementation of major corporate national accounts and distributors.

Skills And Experience

  • Proven successes in team / people management within the Australian pharmaceutical / medical / healthcare market;
  • Excellent understanding of customer channels: speciality hospital, Pharmacy, Aged Care;
  • Strong commercial & strategic mindset and proven record in increasing market share;
  • Ability in identifying, building and securing business opportunities;
  • Experience working with Pharmaceutical / Nutritional products is highly regarded;
  • Be self-organised, be solution oriented and lead by example;
  • Tertiary Qualification (Health related, Science, Business) preferred
