About the Role


We have a fantastic part-time fixed term opportunity. Our team has recently expanded and developed to be one of the leading services in this field. It is a friendly, vibrant and supportive team, which is in high demand internally and externally. Our Youth Consultation and Treatment Team (YCTT) works with young people and their families providing exceptional mental health care to people with complex mental health needs. This role specifically works in conjunction with Dandenong and Frankston Youth Justice clients.


This team operates from our community based clinics, which is located close to the award-winning Dandenong Hospital’s ART Building in the vibrant City of Dandenong and Pakenham Headspace.


About You


You are dedicated and passionate about youth mental health. You enjoy working with people who face complex issues. You have great skills in care coordination, family work and therapeutic, evidence-based interventions. You are have a resilient personality and you are a person who lives our iCARE values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.


We are looking for someone with:



  • Qualifications and relevant registrations in at least one of the following: Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing (Div. 1), Speech Pathology

  • Capacity to work independently and within a team

  • A friendly and professional attitude

  • Excellent engagement, relationship and therapeutic skills

  • Resilience and strong work ethics

  • This is a Mental Health Clinician position as follows:


    • Psychologist – Grade 3 year 1-4

    • Social Worker – Grade 3 Year 1-4

    • Speech Pathologist – Grade 3 Year 1-4

    • Nurse – RPN 4 Year 1-5

    • OT – Grade 3 Year 1-4
