The Role

We are currently looking for a casual experienced Rostering Coordinator for an immediate start. Based at our office in Clayton VIC, the Rostering Coordinator will be responsible for rostering across multiple sites, managing ad-hoc roster changes and providing phone-based support to our clients and candidates.

This position will require interaction with all sectors of the business to ensure manpower is effectively deployed. Our ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, who is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and is capable of problem solving and making decisions quickly.

The Duties

The role will require you to fulfil specific rostering functions with set requirements and timeframes while providing phone and administrative support.

To be the perfect fit for this role you will have:

• Strong software-based rostering experience
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent time management
• An eye for detail
• a passion for customer service and be able to provide consistent phone-based support
• Proven skills in developing positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Excellent teamwork skills
• The ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines
• The maturity to work autonomously when required
• High energy and motivation
• Experience in aged care, disability, NDIS sector is an advantage
