Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Support our Facilities Management Support Desk

  • Working within a multi-skilled team, and reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, the contact services officer position will have a broad range of responsibilities including:


    • Help Desk support

    • Customer Service

    • Data Entry

    • Processing of purchase orders, invoices

    • Fielding Engineering, Biomedical and Fleet Management inquiries

    • Dispatching task to field technicians

    • General Administrative Duties

Your Contribution

  • Demonstrated administration experience

  • Experience with Facilities Management related software systems

  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and databases

  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner

  • Exceptional people and customer service skills
