The warm and welcoming Buderim Views, with its gorgeous views, borders the spectacular coastal hinterland, while being only a short 10 minute drive to the Sunshine Coast’s fabulous beaches.

The Job

Your role will see you leading the facility, managing a team of dedicated care staff and providing a high level of clinical expertise in line with the aged care standards. By using your leadership and clinical skills, you’ll deliver excellent, personalised care, and foster a fun, nurturing environment to ensure positive outcomes are achieved for residents, their family and staff. 

You bring: solid experience in a similar role, outstanding management capability, fabulous communication and team work skills and solid computer skills.

You will be passionate about making a difference through leading, clinical standards, motivating and inspiring our valued team of care staff, supporting residents and sharing our positivity and genuine interest in delivering excellent care to our residents. AHPRA registration is highly desirable.
