Position Summary:

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for leading the digital solutions implementation and deployment to support COVID 19 Public Health Contact Center Operations Team. We are looking for an aspiring Digital Project Manager who is passionate about digital products and leveraging the latest technologies to build solutions that improve citizen's experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience delivering the latest Digital solutions, can manage strategic priorities and establish a working pipeline of future projects while managing the overall execution of project and service delivery
  • Own skilled technical resources to execute projects, hold responsibility for scoping and project quoting, manage, control and mitigate project risks and own project budgets (and delive successfully within them), build and maintain strong client relationships, implement and maintain strong program management practices
  • Inspires on innovative opportunities and possibilities within the digital realm
  • Manages the digital offering to new and existing projects
  • Assists with new business opportunities with new and existing projects
  • Liaises with external vendors to deliver high quality work
  • Schedule and prioritize digital production resources, organising briefs for designers / developers and strong timing plans to ensure successful delivery on time and on budget
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing support and assistance while also providing advice on how they can better utilise the digital landscape to enhance citizen and business needs
