JOB DESCRIPTION
Excel in your career as a Home Nurse Advisor for a leading NFP provider. This role is based in Newcastle and may require some local travel.
About the role
- Case Management Support for all clients
- Providing high clinical skills to all clients
- Liaise with interdisciplinary teams
- Lead a team of dedicated care staff
- Improving functionality for all clients
- Implementing aged care standards and home care funding
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Excellent Communication and Administration Skills
- A good problem solver who has a strong initiative
- Aged Care or Community Services industry experience (Highly Desirable)
- Good, positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
- In Home Care Experience (Highly Desirable)
- Experience leading a team of PCA's
- Work with a leading NFP Provider
