This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual appointments with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

Position Profile: The Fremantle Hospital and Mental Health Service is seeking to appoint suitably experienced Occupational Therapists to be part of their Adult Community Treatment Team (CTT). As part of a multidisciplinary team, this role provides services to patients of the Adult CTT and/or other assigned areas as required/appropriate at the Health Service. You will facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care. You will practice as an Occupational Therapist in accordance with Occupational Therapy professional and registration requirements, standards, codes and guidelines and South Metropolitan Health Service policies and guidelines.

Area Profile: Fremantle Hospital is a 300-bed specialist hospital focused on providing high-quality aged care, mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services.

The Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Service (FHMHS) provides recovery focused mental health services. It works in partnership with consumers and their carers and acknowledges that each individual is an expert in their own recovery.

FHMHS provides services to the residents of Fremantle, Cockburn and Melville. It offers adult services to people aged 18 to 65 years and older adult services for people over 65 years.
