The Role
Austcorp are currently seeking passionate and experienced Facility Manager for a leading Aged Care provider located locally to Cabarita Beach, North Coast NSW
This is a medium to large facility where you will be supported by two clinical managers, ACFI coordinators, Educators, Rostering officers and 24/7 RNs.
Full accredited, this is a beautiful modern facility with a great culture, making it a lovely place for residents to be, and a lovely place for the staff to work.
The role offers excellent work life balance in this beautiful location a stones throw from the beach, and ongoing professional development and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Objectively oversee operations of the facility ensuring excellent person-centred care is being provided, meeting all of the aged care standards continuously
- To mentor and provide strong leadership to the team
- Undertake personal and professional development your team
- Finance and budget management across the facility, including working with the ACFI coordinator to ensure uplifts are accountable where required
- Liaise continuously with all stakeholders to ensure the facility is continuously developing
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Aged Care as a Senior Manager / Consultant
- Understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Process
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Understanding of ACFI processes
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
- High level leadership capabilities and the ability to maintain excellent reputation of this highly regarded facility
