We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to join our team as a trainee to become a trainer/assessor to deliver Certificate III in Individual Support Course. You must be passionate about improving the quality of care provided in the Aged and Disability care industry.

You're not required to have any training and assessing qualification that is mandatory to become a trainer/assessor. We require that you have at least 5 years of experience working as a support worker. We will assist you in gaining the required qualification to become the trainer/assessor.

Job Description

• Assist in delivering and assessing Certificate III in Individual Support.
• Learn to maintain student attendance records, encourage student participation, and maintain your industry currency.
• Regular reporting to the training manager
• Provide assistance with preparing lessons and learning resources if required
• Bring in your ideas for delivery and be innovative
• Learn to facilitate and assess students during their vocational placement
• Complete Professional Development requirements in line with a Professional Development plan

What we expect you have:

• TAE40110 or Higher (you may need to complete extra units as per the new requirement) (Not Mandatory)
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Higher
• Currency of practice
• Detailed resume

Salary: $250.00 – $300.00 per day
