The exciting opportunity:
  • Newly created role reporting into the General Manager of Marketing and Brand
  • Develop and deliver their business relationship management strategy; help them to become considered a Top 3 aged care provider
  • Lead the execution of business plans to find residents for their aged care facilities and clients for their home care services and independent living units
  • Engage with the local community to increase the organisation’s profile, promoting their contemporary models of care, person-centred approach, and variety of facilities
  • Network and build relationships with relevant external stakeholders to create new growth opportunities and generate referrals
  • Conduct research and analysis to compare services to competitors and identify trends; propose and implement recommendations to increase attractiveness and optimise the portfolio
  • Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and resources that promote the organisation’s unique selling points
  • Recognise opportunities to improve the customer onboarding process and achieve exceptional satisfaction levels
  • Based at head office with travel throughout metro Perth and the South West

About you:
  • Proven track record delivering on KPIs in a business development or sales focused role within the health care sector
  • Engaging, dynamic and credible with a demonstrated ability positively promoting and marketing a service to generate new customers
  • Excellent presentation and fantastic interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to develop long lasting lucrative relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with a drive to succeed and meet an organisation’s strategic objectives
  • Aged care knowledge is highly desirable
