Auscare Group is a leading staffing agency and a Registered Training Organisation that provides recruitment and placements of temporary staff to a wide variety of Health care providers across the Perth Metropolitan area

Our Bookings Consultants/ Schedulers form an integral part of our customer service team being our first point of contact for all community staffing solutions in Aged Care and Disability. We have an opportunity for a driven Bookings/Scheduling Consultant to join our team and drive client focused services to the next level.

The Role

  • Scheduling and allocating temporary and permanent staff to various clients ensuring skills are matched with the best candidates in our staffing database
  • Driving customer service initiatives and contributing to the ongoing continuous improvements in customer service and in the business as a whole
  • Completing weekly performance data reports ensuring critical data is collated and saved accordingly
  • Building relationships with clients and staff ensuring service delivery levels are consistently met
  • Contacting key client personnel building relationships and nurturing new and existing business opportunities
  • Support with recruitment and induction process
  • A can do attitude coupled with meticulous capability to achieve set responsibilities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills will be essential in this challenging but rewarding role
  • Must be available to work shifts (6am-2pm, 7am-3pm or 10am-6pm) and be on call and working after hours one day a week.

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fast paced office environment (health care industry) preferred
  • Previous experience using staff allocations systems or similar recruitment software would be advantageous
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels (mandatory requirement)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Scheduling experience ideal in Healthcare
