The Role
The Receptionist is required to be flexible and adaptable as they will be working in an environment where no one day is the same. Ensuring a high standard of service for our residents, families, visitors and staff within the framework of the Mission and Values of Cabrini.

Key responsibilities include: customer service to residents, visitors, contractors and external service providers; answering and directing phone calls; mail sorting and distribution; information management; typing and filing; data entry; staff services – recruitment, orientation, appointments, general enquiries and support; supporting and welcoming visitors; support administration processes and projects.
