Assistant in Nursing (AIN, PCA)

Auscare Group is seeking Assistants in Nursing to join our fantastic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in the community under the supervision of the Register Nurse or Enrolled Nurse. If you are a qualified Assistant in Nurse or have experience within Age Care facilities with a passion to work in Age Care facilities, you will have the opportunity to make a real a visible impact within the WA Community by joining our skilled team.

About the Role

The potential candidate will be responsible for delivering of a high standard of care to residents in the MORNING/AFTERNOON/ NIGHT on a casual basis under direct supervision of the Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.

Selection Criteria

  • A minimum of 6 months experience within the Health industry preferably in Aged Care and Disability Sector.
  • A current national police clearance certificate (Within the last 6 months)
  • 2020 Influenza and Hepatitis B Vaccination
  • An absolute CAN-DO attitude
  • Available to work Morning, afternoon, night shifts on call
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Awareness and capability to record and report whilst completing appropriate documentation (mandatory)
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Availability to take MORNING shifts (Ideal)
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle is essential.
  • Flexibility to work in various locations.
