Based in South Perth Metropolitan area
Covering 3 Aged Care Facilities
Healthcare Australia is a leading national workforce solutions provider, specialising in assisting our client base in the Healthcare sector.
My client is currently seeking to employ a Permanent Relief Facility Manager to provide leave cover and assist 3 Residential Aged Care Facilities in the Southern Perth Metro region of WA.
This role will be filled very fast given the amazing incentives and rare opportunity so best to get your application submitted as soon as possible.
Experience & Requirements:
Registered as a Nurse with AHPRA
Demonstrated Clinical experience within Residential Aged Care settings
An amazing leadership style which is inclusive, collaborative and supportive across all levels of a multi-disciplinary team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements that promotes wellbeing and quality of life
Advanced skills in financial management, budget control and report generation
Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Standards and Accreditation
Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
