Position Summary

The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the COVID 19 Public Health Call Center Operations Team in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling projects (including budget management) as well as playing the lead role in reporting.

You will demonstrate a hands-on approach to assist the Call Center Operations team to ensure proficient and flawless execution of project deliveries achieved on time, to budget and as per scope and/or specification.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage small scale and low complexity projects using fit-for-purpose project management techniques.

Support The Call Center Operations Team By
  • Providing project management support and administrative assistance
  • Leading the financial reporting to define project financial baselines and track actuals against planned spend monthly/quarterly/annually
  • Assisting the team to ensure that all project schedules are defined, communicated, tracked, and delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Complete all projects weekly and monthly with input from the Call Center Operations team and other team members where appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Effectively apply project management methodology and project standards.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives as per business needs
