About the role:
Part-time role, 45 hours per fortnight
Located at our residential site in Evanston Park
Utilise your clinical experience and knowledge of ACFI in a diverse role

An exciting opportunity based at our 100-bed site in Evanston Park for an experienced EN who is looking to utilise their skill set in a varied role.

With a sound knowledge of the ACFI process and documentation requirements, you will be responsible for assisting our Evanston Park site with the coordination of accurate and timely ACFI appraisals and re-appraisals. You will provide specific advice, education and guidance in regard to best practice clinical documentation. By attending multi-disciplinary site meetings, you will be able to predict ACFI projections and prepare claims within our Eldercare timeframe.

Week 1 & 2 Roster

Wednesday 0800 - 1600
Monday 0800 - 1600
Tuesday 0800 - 1600
Tuesdays' required, other 2 days negotiable

In this role you will need:
Experience working with and sound knowledge of ACFI processes and submissions
A current AHPRA EN registration
A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to support ageing in place
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families
Ability to assess and promote social, emotional and physical wellbeing of residents
