Workplace location
Regis Kingswood is an 100 bed state-of-the-art Aged Care home located around the corner from the Soldier’s Memorial Gardens and strolling distance to Mitcham Shopping Centre. This home is located in a quiet residential street six kilometres from Adelaide’s CBD and ten kilometres from the beach.
About the role
This is a permanent part time role, working a variety of morning and afternoon shifts across the 7 day week.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the residence with a strong focus on minimising health risks and maximising safety
Skills & Experience
Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, health care or Aged Care environment
Solid knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling, storage and disposal of chemicals
Previous experience working with and using cleaning equipment
Clear communication skills both written and verbally
A passion for interacting with our residents
Mandatory requirements for all candidates
Evidence that you have had the 2020 Flu Vaccination or willingness to complete this before employment can be offered (VIC & QLD currently exempt)*
Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
Valid National Police Check (Full disclosure or standard disclosure)
