Your new team



  • We are a dynamic and supportive pharmacy team working together to deliver safe, high quality patient care and medicines management

  • We enjoy a collaborative working environment and you will work as part of the clinical pharmacy team to contribute to high quality and innovative clinical pharmacy services and quality use of medicines.

  • In return, you will be supported to develop your clinical pharmacy skills.


Your success in this role, will be in your ability to



  • Deliver high quality patient care

  • Support advances in clinical practice & patient care activities

  • Work with your team to achieve patient focused KPIs

  • Provide mentoring for pharmacists, technicians, interns and students

  • Promote the quality use of medicines by contributing to quality and safety projects

  • Collaborate with key staff members across the organisation

  • Contribute to on call, after hours and weekend services


Your Contribution



  • Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA

  • Experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills

  • Proficient oral & written communication skills

  • Relevant post graduate qualification is desirable

  • Completed or working towards a residency program or can demonstrate competence in hospital pharmacy rotations
