  • Join the RMH COVID19 Vaccintation team

  • Register staff and community when they arrive to recieve their vaccination

  • Fixed Term Full Time and/or Part Time hours available (3months)

  • Based at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre

Your Role:


In this role, you are responsible for the accurate registration of staff and community who present to the COVID19 Vaccination Clinics


Your new team



  • We are team working together to create a welcoming environment

  • You will help us adapt and respond to the presence of COVID-19 in the community and keep our patients and staff safe

  • In return, you will be supported to maintain your safety and the safety of others


Your success in this role, will be in your ability to



  • Your ability to provide accurate registration of patients & staff who present to our clinics using CVMS. 

  • Communicate effectively and promote a supportive team approach.

  • Work under the direction and supervision of the Team Leader’s and Nurse in Charge.

  • Provide strong administrative support to the COVAX screening services team

  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting (desirable)

  • Previous experience using a range of IT suites (desirable)

  • You are able to provide calm and clear guidance in a safe and coordinated way

  • Demonstrated team player with an ability to work as a team member in a multidisciplinary environment

  • Understanding of and commitment to patient confidentiality 

  • Promote safety and are able to assist your team with early intervention for the management of behaviours
