JOB DESCRIPTION
A full-time, ongoing opportunity exists for an Executive Director, Business Analyst in the Intelligence and Analysis Group . As a member of the Risk Engine & Trend Analysis team, this position is responsible for protecting and enhancing the safety, health, well-being and quality of life of people receiving aged care.
The key duties of the position include
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Creating functional specifications for solutions.
- Implementing and testing of solutions.
- Supporting business transition and helping to embed changes.
