Who We Are

Programmed Care provides care, support and home services to clients throughout Australia across a variety of programs. Our Care Consultants are responsible for ensuring our clients are provided with wide range of support services by high quality staff across the community. We provide care and support services to the Disability, Veterans Health, Aged Care and Community Nursing industries.

The Role

As a Programmed Care Consultant you will work closely with the Care Manager to build and supply quality care teams to meet our client’s needs and ensure they achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for managing and actioning client requests and utilising our allocations rostering system to match the right care worker to the right client.

We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to fill this full-time role as a Care Consultant, in a call centre & rostering role. This role requires someone who has the flexibility to work a range of shifts between the hours of 7am and 10.30pm on a rotating basis. The role involves significant training and development opportunities and will require a high degree of attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a call centre, allocations or scheduling/rostering role
  • High level of communication skills that display a commitment to care and empathy for clients and staff
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong background in client relationship management & understanding of the home care market are desirable
  • Background in staffing allocations (not mandatory)

Day To Day Duties
  • Scheduling of field employees into appropriate client shifts
  • Alignment of rosters and conducting shift confirmations & cancellations
  • Receiving and actioning client requests
  • Reporting of injuries, incidents and complaints using appropriate business procedures
  • Ensuring orders are filled in a timely manner
  • Recording, maintaining and actioning area handovers
