Job Description

• Managing entire project from start to completion
• Manage clients and subcontractor relationships
• Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
• Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards
• Managing and maintaining the design process

The Successful Applicant

• 8+ years' experience in the role for Project Manager in the local Australian construction market, preferably on Commercial and / or Residential (Apartment), Mixed Use projects valued at M +
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or similar
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
• Passion for construction and a high work ethic
• Experience in CHEOPS or similar software is ideal
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
