Berry Financial Services is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team. Your role will be part of a trusted team providing high-quality financial planning services for clients helping them to Invest, Protect their assets & Retire.

The full-time position has the flexibility to be located in our Port Macquarie office or a mix of office and home working arrangements.

Essential Criteria:

· Extensive Paraplanning experience producing quality SOA's with accuracy and precision.

· Minimum 4 years in a similar role.

· RG146 Compliant, with Advance Diploma in Financial Planning Proven interpersonal and communication skills within a team.

· Experience with Xplan essential – Xtools+, Wealth Solver and Risk Researcher

· Very high-quality standards with strong attention to detail.

· Time management and organisational skills essential.

· Comprehensive understanding of SMSF, Superannuation, Retirement Income streams, Insurance, Investments, Centrelink, Tax, & Aged Care.

Position Criteria:

· Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines both as an individual and as a member of a team.

· Proven ability to work independently with a steady pace with traditional & proven procedures, exercising discretion, sound judgement and impartiality.

· Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.

· Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, improvement and multi-skilling.
