This family run, award winning organization are seeking a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to add to their team to oversee two of their nearby facilities on the Sunshine Coast

Ideally you will be a highly experienced Care Manager with sound knowledge of the New Aged Care Standards and Aged Care sector.

As the new Quality and Compliance Coordinator you will be responsible for : 
  • Supporting each facility with documentation and processes
  • Monitoring and reporting 
  • Reviewing system processes 
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Compliance and Risk Mitigation

To be considered for this role you will have:
  • Current AHPRA registration 
  • Proven experience with Aged Care Quality and Compliance 
  • Aged care accreditation experience
  • Minimum 2 years clinical care / facility manager experience
  • Current drivers license
