HealthX is seeking 10 Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to work across aged care facilities in the Taree region. These positions are full time contract positions for a minimum of 3 years commencing in May this year. 

About the role

You will already know that working in Aged Care is your passion and have a commitment to making a difference. You will take pride in delivering an exceptional service, with a focus on person-centred care. 

To be successful in the role the suitable applicant will be/have

• Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Experience working in aged care is highly desirable but not essential
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Empathy and an emphasis of treating others with dignity and respect
• Reliability and punctuality
• Flexibility to be work across all shifts (day, afternoon, nights) - 76 hours per fortnight.
