The Opportunity

This is an incredible opportunity for you to take the next step in your career as a Speech Pathologist.

As a high performing Speech Pathologist, you will be able to proactively contribute to a team and help the business excel. You will work autonomously whilst having the support of a strong team environment. You will be comfortable with simultaneously running a fast-paced caseload, nurturing client relationships, and applying best practice strategies and processes, using case management technologies.

You must be passionate about working with clients requiring services in home, schools, day centres, SRS homes, nursing homes and private hospitals. Our client sees success in helping their patients maintain their independence, so with support, they can continue to enjoy the things that they are passionate about in life.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • You will plan, deliver and evaluate speech pathology services to clients and NDIS participants, which build on family / client strengths, needs and priorities.
  • You will do thorough client subjective and objective assessment utilizing standardized outcome measures.
  • You will maintain documentation in a professional and confidential manner and in accordance with company policies.
  • You will effectively communicate with staff members, health professionals, clients, and family with regards to provision of Speech Therapy services.
