Medi-Map has developed industry leading medication management software solution for use in the health industry, including but not limited to Aged Care, Disability and Palliative sectors. With a client base increasing at a fantastic rate we seek a talented and experience professional to deliver the implementation, training and support of ours software and its related products.
As the Project Lead, you will be responsible for implementation, project management & onsite, in house training of Medi-Map platform. This is a client facing, non-technical, business process oriented role implementing and training our software from small businesses to large corporates.
The successful applicant will be based in Adelaide and hold a current drivers license, police clearance and current Flu vaccination record, as well as access to their own reliable transportation.
Objectives of this Role
• Support and coordinate implementations to high standard handed over by the GM
• Proactively provide stakeholders with regular status updates with respect to progress of implementations and key milestones
• Engage with and support key stakeholders to ensure project success
• Support clients with knowledge of system use
• Deliver a standard of service that exceeds the client’s expectations
• Onsite and Remote customer support
• Provide staff training aligned to Medi-Map's standard of service to both the Aged Care Facility and Pharmacy
• Be familiar with the e-tutorials and ensure you enable the users bringing training to their level of understanding. A good teacher not only presents knowledge but can give it meaning and make it relevant to the work-flow and environment.
• Gather and understand customer requirements and feedback to the appropriate staff as needed
Other Job Information
• Travel intra and interstate may be necessary for some Implementation/training.
• Provide feedback to the development team via the GM in Australia
• Hours of work 9-5pm 3-4 days per week (flexible and can be negotiated for the right candidate, including full time employment.)
• Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate within the project lead role
• You will be under the direct instruction of the GM AU and work closely as a team
