Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an innovative Senior Clinical Physiotherapist with leadership qualities to join our multi-disciplinary Allied Health Services. You will plan, implement and evaluate a range of Physiotherapy assessments, programs and services for older adults to enable them to maintain their maximum level of health and independence. Leading a team of Physiotherapists, students and Health and Wellness Support Staff, you will supervise, mentor and clinically lead staff across a variety of Aged Care programs, including CHSP clinics, home visits, residential aged care facilities and the community Transition Care Program.

What can you expect to be doing?
  • Deliver evidence-based Physiotherapy services that are focused on customer needs and improving activities of daily living
  • Provide professional, clinical supervision and mentoring to a team of Physiotherapists and Health and Wellness Support Staff
  • Review current protocols, clinical practice procedures and equipment to ensure they meet best practice guidelines
  • Develop clinical guidelines and operational procedures related to service delivery
  • Lead by example by delivering best practice Physiotherapy services to customers
What do you need to bring?
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Physiotherapy practice, particularly in Aged Care, including assessment, diagnoses and treatment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Strong time management, organisation and leadership skills to guide our motivated team
