You will work with youth aged 16 -25.
You will function as a member of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team.

About the Role and You

An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified grade 2 Dietitian to join the Youth and Family, Monash Health Community interdisciplinary team on a part-time basis, 19 hours per week, Tuesdays 9am - 5pm, Thursday from 11am - 7pm and every second Wednesday 9 - 5pm.

You will provide a high standard of assessment, treatment and coordination of Dietetic services for vulnerable youth aged 16 -25 years of age, ensuring you facilitate safe, effective, and person centred care

You will function as a member of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team to promote an integrated and holistic service. This post will require you to work in an outreach model of care as well as community health centre based.
