About the Department

Prague House is a 45 bed residential aged care facility that cares for disadvantaged people who have mental health issues, substance misuse or head injuries often with a background of homelessness.

About the Role

You will provide personal care services for Prague House, ensuring you are responsive to residents through individualising holistic care to meet their unique needs. You will respect and promote the dignity, privacy and confidentiality of each resident, using excellent interpersonal skills. You are expected to be reasonably available to cover a 24 hour roster.

The classification for this role will be Health Care Worker Grade 2 CW11 ($51,526 per annum pro rata)

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role
  • A drivers licence would be advantageous
