About the Opportunity

Glendale Aged Care offers all levels of permanent and respite care and are known specialists in supporting and caring for people living with dementia making this home one of the most comprehensive Aged Care facilities in Victoria.

We are actively seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our General Manager, hardworking staff and our wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our home. With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions of the home including rostering, recruitment, reception, documentation/ record management and compliance.

This opportunity is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday - Friday.

About You

The successful applicant must demonstrate:
Recent and strong experience in an aged care/ healthcare administration role (essential)
High proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel knowledge (essential)
Extensive experience with rostering management (essential)
Experience with hiring processes (desirable)
A caring and kind manner and be comfortable interacting with residents and their families
Experience or the ability to use various systems including quality management systems, internal database and Kronos payroll system
Highly organised & able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check and Administration Skills test.
