JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Village Liaison Officer for the Southwest Slopes region of New South Wales. The role is being offered a 12 month contract on a part time basis and will see you working across 3 sites.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work to facilitate resident social activities and care requirements, and establish resident connection with SCC’s internal services.

About the role: Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Assist in the Sales process and Village budget preparations, including monitoring the monthly performance of the Village and logging an processing of invoices
  • Review monthly maintenance works within Village with maintenance staff to ensure works are completed in a timely manner and completing condition reports on entry and exit
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to develop ongoing relationships
  • Abide by all WHS policies and report workplace hazards and incidents
  • Be able to work autonomously with excellent prioritisation skills and accountability

What are we looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role (Home Care Advisor, Strata/Property Manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong conflict resolution skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to travel between different sites and a valid DL
  • Qualification in the Aged Care/Property Management would be a bonus
