About the roles:

We're on the look out for Casual Carers to join our residential care team.

As a valued member of our team, you'll be providing shift coverage for unplanned absences and planned leave.

Our Carers play an important role assisting residents with their daily activities such as showering & getting dressed, and helping them feel at home in our facilities.

We’ll also be asking you to:-

• Carefully read & follow care plans.
• Work under the guidance of Shift Managers & Registered Nurses.
• Assist with room cleaning, laundry & meal service.
• Treat our residents & their family with respect.
• Show compassion & excercise patience.

We have residential aged care Facilities in Forrestfield, Success, Rossmoyne, East Fremantle, Shelley, West Leederville, Kalgoorlie & Broome.

You may be studying, looking after kids / family members, or just wanting to work a day or two each week.

Whatever your current situation, we're sure we can find some suitable shifts for you! Just let us know your preferences & availability, and we'll contact you if any suitable shifts pop up - SMS or phone call.

About the roles:

You should enjoy tackling problems and don’t sweat the small stuff. This role would be well-suited if you have some aged care, community care or volunteering experience.

You’re comfortable working on your own, and enjoy spending time with elderly people.

Success in this role, and job satisfaction will be greatly ensured if you have:

• A Certificate III in Aged Care.
• Initiative & the ability to effectively prioritise & multi task.
• Great interpersonal & communication skills.
• Attention to detail for good record keeping.
