Australian Health Professionals are seeking a passionate and dedicated
Care Support Specialists {AIN} to join our growingteam in a casual capacity in the Gold Coast. 

Your Role: 
Within Aged Care facilities, our AHP Care Support Specialist {AIN} will deliver support to both the Resident, and the facility's wider clinical team to provide quality care for residents.
You will be required to fulfil the following within a residential aged care setting: 

• Observe and monitor and care for residents 
• Apply your knowledge of aged care quality standards to your practice
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
• Assist Clinical Support Specialists and other team members 
• Flexibility to work across various sites and on a rotating roster 
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Adaptability to different systems, processes, and environments 
• Flexibility to travel across different regions 
• Passion and professionalism

Skills & Requirements:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
• National Police Check
• Influenza Vaccine
• Covid-19 Vaccination (not required but highly recommended)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Must be currently based in Australia
• Current drivers license or access to reliable transport
