The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Service and Distribution Supervisor to join our commercial laundry in Punchbowl. The successful candidate will manage a small team to ensure safety, quality and customers standards are met.

Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:

Committed to working safely at all times.

Hands on supervision of day to day operation of the distribution team.

Hands on supervision of all packing of orders and loading of vehicles.

Monitoring and assisting with team workloads where required.

Overseeing staff to ensure high levels of productivity

Managing stock movement and rotation.

Ensuring optimum pick rates and accuracy

Ensuring all aspects of customer orders and fulfilled.

Co-ordinating cleaning of distribution vehicles.

Overseeing housekeeping of distribution area

Working closely with all key stakeholders to maintain a smooth workflow

Scheduled customer visits to discuss level of service

Any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager
